Curriculum

 We focus on developing gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, social-emotional, language development. We offer monthly themes that allow children to explore and be creative through the use of age-appropriate activities such as art, sensory, music, games, group activities, science, stories, etc.


*Pictures are taken twice a week and sent to parents on Fridays.

Owner of Happy Trees Childcare

My name is Yvette Valencia and Welcome to Happy Trees Childcare. I am the owner and childcare provider. I want to share a little bit about myself such as my passion, experience, and education. 


I became interested in working with children when I was a freshman in high school. I then obtained my teacher permit after and worked hard on my education. I have had the privilege to work at childcare centers for 10 years.


I have my AA, BA in Human Development specialization in Early Childhood Development 2016 and my MA in leadership and management 2022. I always wanted to open my own childcare and I did that in 2020. 

I have over 15 years of experience working with children and I love what I do.
